Our Story
Hard Corner CRE was founded by Nic Richardson and Kyle Martin. The two partnered around a simple observation: the best QSR sites aren't just brokered, they are understood — parcel shape, traffic patterns, entitlement path, co-tenancy — and most brands don't have the bandwidth to go that deep on every opportunity that crosses their desk.
Both partners come from backgrounds investing in vacant land in high-growth markets. That work demanded a parcel-level discipline — evaluating hundreds of properties, underwriting raw dirt against a future use, and navigating the nuances that separate a good site from a great one.
Nic and Kyle also bring hands-on experience with land subdivision developments and value-add projects. We don't develop for our brand partners — but that background means we can read a site the way an owner reads it, and flag the problems that don't show up on a flyer.
